Two Year Health Guarantee please check the boxes to accept the terms and conditions
We guarantee this puppy to the best of our knowledge to be healthy and is up to date on vaccinations and de-worming treatments. This puppy was examined by a certified vet and found to be in good health. The breeder guarantees the puppy/dog to be of sound health and temperament at the time of sale. The breeder is not responsible for the death or loss of this puppy once it leaves our premises. This includes but is not limited to sickness, accidents, personal injury or theft. The breeder is not responsible for refunds due to human allergies, disability/illness or other related situations of the buyer. The breeder is not responsible for refunds or any other money due to color or curl change in coat, not bonding with the puppy, size not as expected, or because the temperament is not what you expected. As the breeder we try to the best of our ability to estimate size, color, coat, temperament etc. but due to the nature of genetics we cannot guarantee any of these things.
The owner assumes all financial responsibility for the puppy including but not limited to vet expenses, food, surgeries, boarding, grooming, training, etc. This puppy is sold as an indoor pet and may not be left outside for extended periods of time. Buyer agrees to provide a life-long commitment, comfortable environment, prompt medical attention, proper grooming, food, water, shelter, and responsible care for the puppy/dog. Breeder highly recommends training classes for a happy relationship between the puppy/dog and family.
The owner assumes responsibility to continue quality healthcare for the puppy. This puppy will require routine de-wormings and a series of vaccinations. You are highly encouraged to keep your puppy current with all necessary vet checks. Your puppy will need their next set of vaccinations approximately 21 days after the set given by Breeder. You have 72 hours from pick up to have your puppy examined by a licensed vet for a complete physical. Failure to have the puppy examined within 72 hours from pick up will void and nullify the health guarantee. No vaccinations should be given at this first appointment. The appointment is just a wellness exam. If for any reason the vet finds a defect in the puppy that will cause certain premature death, of which the breeder is responsible, the breeder agrees to give the buyer a replacement puppy upon the return of the puppy to the breeder at buyer’s expense. A replacement puppy will only be given upon a written report from the vet responsible for performing the exam. The vet will need to provide the breeder with all test results and diagnosis in writing. Buyer must notify breeder of veterinarian findings that could result in a replacement puppy within one week of exam. This replacement puppy will only be given provided that the breeder’s vet of choice verifies the defect. If Buyer chooses to keep the puppy no replacement puppy will be given and all medical costs and treatments are sole responsibility of the Buyer. Presence of parasites such as worms, giardia, or coccidia does not make a puppy defective. These are common maladies in puppies and can be treated. We work hard to send your puppy home parasite free, but the stress of travel and a new home can allow parasites/worms to grow. Breeder is not responsible for any vet or treatment costs associated with parasites or any other veterinary expenses at any time, or any fees associated with care of the puppy/dog once dog leaves the Breeder. Umbilical hernias, recessed vulvas, and grade one luxating patellas often resolve as the puppy grows or may be fixed at time of spay and are not considered a defect warranting returns nor may the Breeder be held financially responsible in any way. This also pertains to under/over bites or base narrow canines. These things are possible when mixing two different breeds which have different body features/structures and sizes.
This puppy is under a two (2) year health guarantee against any genetic diseases. This starts from the date of birth and is only good for the original owners. If the puppy/dog develops any inheritable/genetic defect (such as kidney failure, liver failure, etc) within 24 months from date of birth buyers may return the puppy/dog to seller for a replacement puppy of equal value or refund at Breeder’s discretion. Seller will provide replacement puppy when available from next litter within the same price range or Breeder may elect to refund the buyer instead. Buyer may elect to keep the puppy/dog in which case, under no conditions and at no time during the life of the puppy/dog will seller pay or assist in paying veterinary expenses, including any such expense directly or indirectly related to any inheritable/genetic defects.
The buyer agrees not to use this puppy/dog for breeding and agrees to have it spayed or neutered at the appropriate age recommended by the Vet, no later than one year of age.
Under no circumstances will this dog be sold, leased, traded or given away to any pet store, research laboratory, animal shelter, third party, pet broker, or similar facility.
Be careful not to over exercise your puppy. Over exercise can create hip and patella (knee) issues. This includes jumping off furniture, going up and down too many stairs too often, going for long runs. Please research how to safely exercise your puppy! Playing fetch and letting them run around the back yard is great! Once fully vaccinated going for walks is also great!
