I Love Meeting New Puppy Families!

Welcome! I am so glad you are interested in a Choice Paws Puppy.  One of the most important steps in preparing for your puppy is researching the best place to find your puppy.  Not all breeders are the same and it can be difficult to know if you are getting a well socialized, raised on a puppy curriculum and from health tested parents.

I want you to see the Choice Paws difference–to know why I do breeding better and how much time and effort is put into your puppy’s first 8 weeks. Follow my Instagram account at @Choice_Paws to see the work we do everyday with each puppy.

Fill out an Application

The application is so much more than your contact information. Taking the time to fill this out really gives me a good starting point to get to know you and what you are looking for in a puppy.

Soon after you submit an application you will receive more information that you can look over while you wait for me to review your application.

Let’s Connect!

If I think we might have a litter that would be a good match I contact you to set up a FaceTime or Zoom call. This is an important step to protect you from scammers and to make sure I have answered questions that you may have. This is one of my favorite parts about helping you choose your puppy.

This is your time to ask questions. We talk more about your application and the things you are looking for in a new dog but also things that you don’t want. We talk about the realities of being a new puppy parent.  Its always a good idea to sign up for our email list to stay up to date with breedings and quick adoptions.

Review options!

Take a look at the available puppies and the upcoming litters here.

If I believe that we are a good fit then I will send you an offer to join our paid waitlist. There is a $500 reservation fee that goes toward the final price of the puppy.  Families will be notified when a planned breeding fits the description in their application. They will be invited to join the litter. A second $500 deposit is required at the time you join the litter to secure your spot.  If a female is predicted to have more puppies we will continue contacting waitlist families.

Waitlists have an ebb and flow. You may appear lower down on a list but can receive a puppy quicker than you expected or it may also take longer than we planned. I work hard to keep families up to date as anticipated breedings near in order to give families time to prepare.

I fully understand it is hard to wait for the perfect puppy but there are no shortcuts in my breeding practices and I won’t sacrifice quality to sell more dogs.

You can review our Size and Color guide here.

Secure your Spot

If you have been offered the opportunity to send a reservation fee paid the $500 will hold a spot for you on a the Master waitlist and this goes towards the price of the puppy.

The deposit may be paid by Zelle, Good Dog, or Venmo. I can send a link for a credit card (with an 3% fee added) if you prefer to pay by credit card. Instructions on placing a deposit will be sent in a Reservation Invitation Email after our phone conversation.

Congratulations!

You are on the waitlist. I will notify you as soon as I have a breeding that matches your preference and update you on a timeline if our female gets pregnant when you can expect a puppy. I will update you through the process. As soon as we have confirmed a pregnancy and have puppy estimate we will secure your spot on the litter. A second $500 deposit will be required. Final payment is due after the six week vet checkup and before a puppy can leave my care.
